PAYMENT
Sunset On The Earth requires a 50% Non-Refundable deposit for any services purchased. This 50% Non-Refundable deposit can be paid in full, or instalments before design work is started. Once deposit is paid, design work will be started on an agreed start date discussed between the client and designer (Sunset On The Earth). Once all design work is completed, the remaining 50% will be paid (in full or instalments). All agreed design work will be sent over to the client after full payment is received.

Design work will be sent to the client via email or WeTransfer link. Any additional revisions/alterations or services etc, will be at an extra cost and a new invoice will be sent.

Clients will receive a quote after required services has been discussed. When approved, an official invoice will be sent with all details of services stated and payment details. Once all design work is completed, all files will be sent over with a final receipt of service.​
PAYMENT INSTALMENTS
Clients of Sunset On The Earth can choose to pay for Branding & Design work in full, or in agreed payment instalments. A 50% non-refundable deposit must be payed for before any Design work is started. (Deposit can also be paid in instalemtents. This is discussed between the Designer (Sunset On The Earth) and the client). Agreed Start date for Design work is to be set according to the day of payment. Instalment options are discussed between Designer (Sunset On The Earth) and the client, but can be no longer than 3 month. Final Design work will not be sent over to client until full payment is made.
PRIVACY
Sunset On The Earth keep all client information and details confidential and will not share with any other person/business/website. Excluding Email Marketing which you can choose to sign up to or not.
